The thermostat has a star black printed dial of 2-1/4 inches diameter with OFF-400-200 scale for the convenience of the user. This thermostat is designed to fit Star Fryer models 404A, 615FA and 630FA and improves efficiency, food quality, and the fryer’s durability.
