The Avantco 177400046 Thermostat is an auto-reset millivolt thermostat that is highly effective in controlling the temperature of the fryer within the range of 200°F to 400°F. Equipped with 3/8” MPT stuffing box, 1/4” x 4-1/2” bulb and 30” capillary, it can provide accurate control of heat, avoiding overheat and keeping the right frying temperature. It has a hi-limit safety at 450°F which makes it safe for use in the kitchen while at the same time increasing the life of the fryer.
