The Garland G2674-1 G1 Thermostat is a precision control device for commercial cooking equipment with a temperature setting range of 150°F to 450°F. It has a 1/4” x 6-1/2” bulb and a 24” capillary tube to help in measuring the temperature in the oven or griddle. This thermostat operates by heating or cooling the bulb and this in turn alters the gas or electric supply.
