The Hatco R02.03.031.02 Fuse 40A 300V is an electrical protection system that is applied to interrupt the flow of current, when the conditions of the load are unsafe in commercial foodservice equipment. This fuse has a 40-amp and 300-volt current-limiting fuse element and is intended to interrupt the current in case the current surpasses its operating current during normal operation to prevent damage to wiring and components caused by overloads, or faults. It is applied in appliances like warmers, steamers or holding cabinets where electrical protection is needed as a part of the control and safety system.
