The Pitco P5045642 Gas Valve to be effective and properly functioning in commercial fryers. This valve is available in 1/2” FPT and includes a natural gas safety mechanism and operates at 4” WC. The bleed gas actuator is used for better performance and it has a slotted thermopile magnet. This valve fits Pitco fryers (18, 18S, 35C+, 45C+, P-18), Southbend fryers (Series 14, 18) and Wolf fryers (WTF-42, SS-WTF-42). It can hold up to 240,000 BTU. The supplied thermopile (part no. #511122) has a G 7/16-27 thread while the brass pile retaining nut has a G 3/8-38 thread.
