The Ranco G1-8079-000 Thermostat is designed to control temperatures between 150°F and 450°F which makes it suitable for most commercial kitchen uses. It has a 24 inch capillary tube and a 1/4” x 6 1/2” bulb for precise temperature measurement. This thermostat is used in Garland Griddle models such as E-22-18G, E22-24G, among others; it is suitable for use in griddles and other related equipment. To get the best performance out of it, use it with knob #22-1395 and knob insert #22-1261 (100-450°F). This thermostat is ideal for use in regulating the temperature for cooking at set temperatures.
