We can only ship to one address per transaction. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Po Boxes & Military Apo/Fpo Addresses:
We do not deliver to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Eligibility for Return:
There will be no cancellation of the orders once the orders are processed. To be eligible for a return or refund, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with their original manuals, and without any signs of use will be accepted.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must have been purchased directly from our website
- Incorrectly ordered goods may only be returned with prior authorization from the company. Returning goods without prior authorization is not accepted. Return requests are ONLY accepted by email ([email protected]); Return requests through phone calls or chats will not be accepted.
- Returns MUST be received within 15 business days from the date of authorization
- Printed circuit boards that are no longer sealed in the original packaging unused are not eligible for refund.
- Goods damaged in transit and short/partial shipments should be reported within 3 business days after the delivery date.
The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping charges. Additionally, the buyer must ensure that the returning goods are properly insured while being transported to the company. We disclaim all responsibility for any loss or damage to items during transportation that are being returned. The buyer alone is liable for this.
