The Holman 2J-200538 Conveyor Toaster Infinite Control Switch with Palnut Mount and No Dial is a replacement control part for similar commercial equipment. This is an infinite control switch that allowed to gradually change the heat or speed settings instead of using the simple on/off settings that provided the operator with more accurate control over the appliance. It has a palnut mounting system to use it to be firmly mounted but lacks a dial knob, requiring a suitable knob to be purchased separately. This switch is designed to be used by commercial kitchens.
