The ROYAL RANGE 3231 Fryer Pilot Burner W/Bell Orifice is a gas-fired ignition burner that is utilized to provide a stable pilot flame to a commercial appliance system. It integrates the pilot burner and a bell-shaped aperture to maintain the same flow of gases and accuracy of ignition of the main burner in the typical operating conditions. It is installed into the fryer supply of gas and combustion chamber and keeps a small flame that is used to start the primary burner when the control system requires heat.
