The Vulcan Hart 00-412212-00007 Fryer Natural Gas Pilot Burner is an ignition part of commercial gas appliance equipment to start and sustain the pilot flame. It provides a regulated supply of natural gas to produce a steady supply of ignition to the main burners so that the fryer can warm properly when in operation. The pilot burner is installed in the burner assembly of the fryer and supports secure startup and uniform temperature control during cooking cycles.
